    • Text on a blackboard, 'Think outside of the box'.There are many approaches to reflection from different industry settings. The majority of which is focussed on practicality, and helping you become a more industrious and productive worker. Reflection in social care is essential for challenging and improving practices. Reflecting on tasks challenges the worker to look at each stage of a caregiving process and decide if appropriate action was taken and, how they can continue to develop their skills and knowledge.
