    • Welcome to 'The Catalyst Compendium'. This resource draws inspiration from case studies and reports all focused on innovative change projects from across Scotland and beyond. We've collated, synthesised and drilled down into the stories, and have created a resource of possible inspirational starting points, so that if you are looking at developing a change project around similar themes or challenges then you've got sparks for your curiosities, ideas and inspiration to develop your ideas further, to explore new and unexpected directions.

      Using this resource:

      There are a couple of different ways to engage with this resource:

      - For each collection we've created a PDF. These can be accessed via the clickable links and downloaded if you wish.

      - Each section from the resources have been developed into interactive content to escalate the sparks! The tabs across the top of the page will take you to the seperate parts.


      Next steps:

      After having interacted with 'The Catalyst Compendium' we hope that you feel inspired to drive forward different projects within your college. The 'Double diamond framework' has been provided to help you start ideating, however sometimes it's really hard to find your starting points. If you're totally hyped but don't know where to turn next - you're in safe hands!
