Description
This unit is designed to support the initial professional development of newly appointed college lecturers and other college staff involved in learning, teaching, and assessingstudents. It will help you develop the ability to plan and successfully deliver learning, teaching and assessment taking account of identified needs and to evaluate your practice.
Audience/Level
New in post college lecturers and or other college staff involved in learning, teaching and assessing students with no prior teaching experience or qualifications/ Beginner
Duration
15-16 hours to work through online content (60 hrs to complete the full Unit - online content, teaching observation and assessments).
Prerequisites
This online learning material can be used by anyone, but to be formally assessed and gain accreditation of learning, you will need to be working in Scotland as a college lecturer or a college staff member responsible for teaching and assessing students.
