Description
An Educational Support Worker is someone who would normally support an individual to overcome barriers to learning to help eliminate an unfair disadvantage such as a disability. This module should be regarded as an introduction to continuous personal development opportunities and form the foundation for completing the PDA Learner Support qualification.
